Mr. Ernie Gubry - Acting Assistant ADO Manager
Federal Aviation Administration
Detroit Airports District Office, DET-ADO-600
11677 South Wayne Road, Suite 107
Romulus, MI 48174

Dear Mr. Gubry:

I am requesting assistance from the Federal Aviation Administration, in providing to WOOSE prompt
notification and directions for public comments related to the Ohio State University(OSU) Airport
Part 150 plan that was submitted to the FAA for review.

In a June 7, 2010 email based upon an OSU Airport Direct Doug Hammon message, it was stated,

”The FAA will seek public comment on the document through a notice they will place in the Federal
Register…”

Director Hammon’s message did not give a time frame as to when the FAA would seek public comment via
the National Register or specific instructions as to how the public may navigate the National
Register web site to log comments. WOOSE needs to know when the comment period starts and how to
navigate the National Register web site and is requesting the FAA to provide such information in a
timely manner.

It is WOOSE’s intention to post the requested information provided by the FAA on its web site, then
pass on the requested information to our subscribers, news media and local, state and federally
elected officials.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt reply.

WOOSE President
John O’Keeffe

CC: Member of Congress Mary Jo Kilroy 15th District Ohio – July 7, 2010 “Office Hours”
